Toss & Catch Essentials (Expanded)
The Art of Tossing, The Art of Dropping
This is the essential prerequisite course inside the Freestyle Staff Essentials program.
It is designed to be completed after Beginner Essentials and before progressing into specialized or advanced courses.
What you learn:
- Core tossing mechanics and release variations
- Catching consistency and control under repetition
- Drop recovery and re-engagement training
- Foundational spin and timing integration

Purpose of this course:
This course builds the essential control layer required for all other Freestyle Staff training.
It is the technical foundation that allows you to move into specialized courses like Quick Flips with confidence, accuracy, and consistency.
Quick Flips 1
Foundational Vocabulary Expansion
This is the first stage of the Quick Flips series, focused on introducing a wide range of small technical tricks and transitions.
These are crowd-favorite movements that begin expanding your technical vocabulary.
What you learn:
- Core flip mechanics and directional variations
- Entry and exit transitions between movements
- Timing control for clean execution
- Small trick sequences and linking patterns
- Foundational combo construction
Purpose of this course:
Quick Flips 1 takes the control built in the Essentials courses and begins expanding it into new movement vocabulary.
This is where isolated skills start becoming connected sequences.
Quick Flips 2
Advanced vocabulary + performance integration
This is the more advanced extension of Quick Flips 1, focused on complexity, speed, and refined execution.
